This hotel is located right in the middle of the shopping area of Philipsburg just across the boardwalk from a beautiful beach on a bay with very calm turquoise water. The area is lively during the day but very quiet at night after the cruise ships leave. The downside of that is many restaurants are closed for dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable with spacious balconies. I really commend the staff who are excellent in every area, friendly and efficient.
Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. We included breakfast and it was well worth the cost. The food was delicious and the view was fantastic! When visiting the Beach House for business or pleasure, the hotel is the perfect location to take advantage of all of the area activities. As the sun dips below the horizon, Ocean Lounge transforms into an enchanting fine-dining venue, where our chefs showcase their culinary artistry with a menu of exquisite dishes.

The $2 public bus is one street over and we took it to Marigo and Maho Beach. The location is the best, on the beach, great views and in the middle of shopping district. The 4 Junior Suites are beautifully appointed. Their studio style provides a sleeping and living area.
